We are truly blessed if we can know and understand all the wonders of Love; what it can overcome, and what it can become.

Love Never Fails

Love suffers long and is kind;
Love does not envy;
Love does not parade itself,
It is not puffed up;
Does not behave rudely,
Does not seek its own,
Is not provoked,
Thinks no evil;
Does not rejoice in iniquity,
But rejoices in the truth;
Bears all things,
Believes all things,
Hopes all things,
Endures all things.

Some people spend their whole lives and never find Love, yet in the few sentences above, God gives us a very complete definition of what "Real" Love is, of what "Perfect" Love is.

How many people do we know that look at Love in their lives this way? Is this the way we feel about Love? Do we carry this definition with us in our work lives, our friendships, and our personal relationships? Do we think this kind of Love is important in others? Do we encourage it?

In a world filled with so much pain and confusion, where do we find perfect love?

In a world that confuses love with sexual attraction, how do we find a definition for perfect love?

God's love is perfect, but how can imperfect people ever understand or apply perfect love in their lives?

Praying the Rosary is one thing we can do that will help us find the depth and breadth of God's Love. It brings us closer to God, and the closer we are to God the more easily it is to understand that Perfect Love is really possible.

Some believe that Love is God's greatest gift to us. Understanding Love and believing in it are the keys to living all the fullness in life that is God's promise to us. The Promise of a Love that is clear, intact, indestructible, and forever.
